That is seamus' recipe I couldn't even begin. but basically debone rabbit stuff with minced rabbit and wild mushroom and lardo add sage- wrap in cull fat rotisserie over hardwood and baste with seasons brown butter. good luck
I've cooked them whole on a spit before but never seen them cooked like that. Wow. Bet it tasted rad as.
