fantastic. my ritual when the girls are out of town is:martini with gin from the freezer, bone-in ribeye, frites from two yukon golds, greens with oil, vinegar, and jus, and a meritage from the cellar.the lobster is so beautifully extravagant that i will have to add this next time.cheers.
MY LOCAL HAS LOBSTERS FROM MAINE THAT ARE ABOUT $8.99 PER LB. IT'S AMAZING THAT THEY CAN BE CHEAPER THAN A GOOD STEAK.
