GRAVLAX FINAL

THIS IS THE GRAVLAX SERVED ON A POTATO GALETTE I MADE LAYERED WITH ONION AND DILL.

 THIS IS A PASTRY CRUST GALETTE I TRIED AS WELL. IT HAS SHREDDED POTATO AND ONION WITH DILL.

BOTH ARE DELICIOUS.

Nice work! My wife is Swedish and we do this all the time. Mackerel also works quite nicely.

Nice. The wife's been on a galette kick lately but she goes the sweeter route (pear, apple, et cetera). Now that I've shown her this, I predict some savory ones thrown into the mix.
